However, continuous feedback and iteration is critical to ensuring our customers are happy, so we aim to have an initial POC within 3 weeks of each engagement.

All of the IP, custom code, database infrastructure, and anything related to the project — you, as the customer, own all of the intellectual property rights and licensing rights for that software system. In the event that our partnership ends and we're no longer doing development work together, we provide a full handoff with extremely robust documentation, clear training, and user guides for the entire system. All of the IP is yours from day one.

We take an outcome-based pricing model. This means that in the initial discovery phase of our engagement, we will align with our clients on success criteria, and develop a TMAP (technical mutual action plan). Our pricing is then decided by a fixed monthly rate with a timeline and clear deliverables.
